DataDripper Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2025

Welcome to DataDripper, LLC ("DataDripper," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. For questions, contact info@datadripper.com.

1. Service Description

DataDripper is a competitive intelligence platform that automates the collection and analysis of publicly available data, including information from the Meta Ad Library API and other online sources, to help brands and agencies make data-driven decisions.

We do not access private Meta user data and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration and billing information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Using the platform only for lawful business purposes

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the data in ways that violate applicable laws or platform policies (including Meta's Terms of Use).

3. Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, billing and payments are handled securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within DataDripper belong to DataDripper, LLC. You may use the platform's features and insights for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our software or datasets.

5. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree that we may collect and process information as described there.

6. Limitation of Liability

DataDripper provides its services "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of collected data. DataDripper is not responsible for any losses or business decisions made based on insights generated by the platform.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DataDripper, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. API & Third-Party Data Use

DataDripper uses publicly available APIs (including the Meta Ad Library API) to display marketing data. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • Data shown through the platform comes from external public sources
  • Meta or other data providers may change, limit, or remove data at any time
  • DataDripper does not claim ownership of third-party content retrieved through APIs

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account anytime by contacting info@datadripper.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email or on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of these jurisdictions.
